At LifeVac Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any Canada Post location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
